Complete typical process includes, but is not limited to:

1. Free Consultation (pending travel and/or distance)

2. Conceptual sketches

3. Preliminary plans with 3D images for quoting

4. Finalized permit plans with final Rendered images

​

5. Collaboration with Engineers, both Civil Site and Civil Structural for Flood Zone,      Waterfront Homes, and/or Non Conventional construction Modern homes.

All projects include photo realistic images to better understand / visualize your new space or home.
